“Water was coming through the garage ceiling at 11 at night. Marta answered, walked me to the main, and Orlando was there to stop the leak and write the price down before he touched anything.”
Glendale and the West Valley
A real person picks up, at any hour
Burst pipe, dead water heater, backed-up drain. Call the shop and a dispatcher answers, day or night, then texts you who is on the way.

First five minutes
Water where it shouldn't be? Do these three things.
Do them while you wait for us. No tools needed.
- 01
Find the main shutoff
Turn the valve clockwise until it stops. Often it's on the front wall near the hose bib, or in the box at the street meter. A lever turns a quarter turn.
- 02
Turn off the water heater
Electric: switch off its breaker. Gas: turn the dial to pilot or off. Then open one tap so the pipes can drain.
- 03
Take photos before you mop
One wide, one close, one of the shutoff. Your insurer may ask for them, and the tech will see where it started.
Smell gas? Leave the house first, then call your gas utility, then us.

What we fix

Leaks and burst pipes
We shut the water off first, then find the cause and show you where it came from.

Water heaters
No hot water, or a tank that leaks. We tell you whether it's worth repairing.

Drains and backups
Sinks, tubs and main lines. We use a camera when the cause isn't clear.

Toilets, faucets and fixtures
Running, dripping or cracked. Repairs and swaps, in one visit when we have the part.
The phone
Six vans, and a dispatcher on the line
The emergency line rings at the shop on 59th Avenue. A dispatcher asks where you are, what's wet, whether the water is off and whether anyone is in danger. Then they text you the tech's name and an arrival window.

Price
You hear the price before we start
On the phone
The dispatcher tells you the visit fee, and whether it's an after-hours call, before a van leaves.
At the door
The tech finds the cause, explains your options and writes the price down.
Your call
You say yes or no. Work starts only on a yes.

What customers wrote after a call
“They told me the after-hours rate on the phone. The invoice matched. That's all I wanted to know.”
“I texted a photo of the leak under the sink. The tech showed up with the right part, so it was one visit.”
Sample reviews. Replace them with your own customers' words.

Quick answers
Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. The emergency line is answered by a person, 24 hours a day, every day. It rings at the shop, and the dispatcher can switch to Spanish.
Do nights and weekends cost more?
Yes. After 5 p.m. on weekdays, and all weekend and holiday hours, an after-hours rate applies. The dispatcher tells you what it is before a van leaves.
Will I get a price before you start?
Yes. The tech writes the price down and texts it to you. Work starts only after you say yes.
Where is my main shutoff?
Often on the front wall near the hose bib, or in the box at the street meter. The emergency page has a short guide, and the dispatcher can walk you to it on the phone.
